Now, here’s a band we wish to know more about… According to available sources, Athen’s ANOXIA was an early-1990s Techno/Progressive Thrash outfit with a sound similar to classic acts like CORONER, WATCHTOWER and ANNIHILATOR. They released at least one two-track demo tape, simply bearing the name “Demo 93” (1993). Unfortunately, we have no data on the band members except for their first names (Elias, George and Nick), so all we can do is keep searching and hope that someone knowledgeable can enlighten us further on this mystery band.
