What a cool pic of this geezer !
Glad he's doing great.
so much shit in common with him.
My folks also had vinyl from Chuck Berry
and on the late 70's i also discovered the Amboy Dukes and Robin Trower
Just guessing we all on both sides of the Atlantic we started listening the same things
and went thru the same evolution like listening local and international radio, the first buys of collecting records.
tape trading - the evolution was constant. And so did the bands that were showing up.
Great times for Metal !

As mentioned elsewhere, there's been some upgrades to the Fanzine-archive:
- You can now search the archive by fanzine title (or part of the title).
- The index page always shows the 50 latest updates.
- The zine-slideshow has been upgraded with improved navigations (for instance, swiping now works on phones & tabs)
...and a crapload of American zines have also been added!

Thanks a lot for the News.
Hadn't previously the scans of Phoenix.
Also, i was only responsable for submitting the Loudness #2
Not the #3. This one was new to me.
It has 22 pages (not 24).

I've gotten A LOT of new stuff to add to the zine archive lately, so the updates will be fast and big. Note that the 40+ latest updates will probably get pushed out of the start page soon..
Actually both were in the same folder I got from you.rumblefist wrote: ↑Mon Jun 07, 2021 10:24 am Also, i was only responsable for submitting the Loudness #2

Just noticed now, that one of those comes from my town! The one with Hellhammer on the cover (even though in the review section they aren’t very enthousiastic about the MLP).DaN wrote: ↑Fri May 17, 2019 12:39 pm 4 (four!) different Metal Warriors added to the fanzine archive - 3 of them being Belgian ...which of course makes perfect sense since 3 out of every 4 zines ever seem to be from Belgium.
Pretty sure I used to see the editors sister in our local bar, so now I’m wondering if I know that guy or not.

Hey DaN, Cheers for adding Enlightened Chaos nr. 21 and big Cheers to Mr. Stark for opening his archives. Graham, you should take note if you haven't already. These guys seem to have been experiencing 70's renaissance at the time. Now I wonder were/ are they Monster Records related?
I am ... the One you warned me of
