While the cover says "Year 2 1985, Nr 2", this is most likely their 3rd issue, but the 2nd one released on their 2nd year of operation - not a particularly unusual method of enumeration for mags in general, but their previous issue was also designated "#2", then refering to their 2nd issue since the start in 1984. ...and after this it gets more complicated.
