ALLOY CZAR - Taking The Lead Their main claim to fame would be the inclusion of intermediate JAG PANZER vocalist Bob Parduba on vox, though musically this sounds more like a broad-legged American Saracen - meaning it's pretty sweet & pleasing epic Hardrockmetal. This track + demos were reissued on CD by Arkeyn Steel in 2013.
RANDY ROCK - Shake Me After a couple of spins you'll come to ignore the cheesy lyrics, the tiny boogie-parts and new wave-tidbits and start to enjoy this solid, keyboard-infused Heavy Rocker for what it is.
MAGICIAN - The Beast Yes, we all dreamt this would be a hidden epic Legend'ian gem, but no, this is reminding more of early 90s alterno-HR a la Alice In Chains for some unfathomablre reason(!?)
STIFFWATER - Fool Boogie Rock.
RAZOR'S EDGE - Devil In Disguise The heaviest track on album by not too large a margin is a pretty tasty cake of low-key NWOBHM riffing and guitar harmonies with great Kim LaChance-type female vocals.
Tracklist side B:
BILLY RYAN BAND - Colorado Woman Funk'ish classic rock.
GREG NUEBEL - Goodbye, Goodbye (I love you) Laid-back soft rock.
RENEGADE - Dark Tower Lotsa solo'ing guitars combined with more sizzling keyboards creates some pretty decent melodic Metalrock. +1 for the fantasy lyrics, even though you'd wish this combo would have resulted in something even Epic'er...
THE JETS - Lowlife Sneaky rock w/ some nice harmonies & vibes. If only they had bothered to distort their guitars...
THE GOT ROCKS - She Rocks A Lot Too feel-good 'n FM-softy to approach HR-territories I'm afraid..
