It's that time of the decade again...
What?
A number of features on The Corroseum webpage are currently down.
Why?
The technical explaination is that some of the code doesn't coply with the new PHP-standard, which came into effect a few days ago. Changes like this happen regularly, and since The Corroseum is home-made and desn't have the luxury of a third-party administrator...
So?
...I have a lot of "fun" work ahead of me, rewriting lots of code. Will try to put up simplified versions of the pages in the meantime. Stay tuned....

Re: Technical lockdowns on the website
I am honoured that my project was your priority #1.
Also, apologies for being late with the next update. I'll have one up before Christmas for sure!

You mean there really is a Santa Claus?? Hurrah!
I guess my sense of panic in the op was glaringly obvious - stuff like this can sometimes take weeks of tedious trial & error for a tech n00b like me. This time I got lucky and just needed to make the same small edit on each page.

New updates and Legions Of The Lost are working again as well.
All that remains is to get the band/album-search in Labels working as well. Unfortunately THIS will take longer...

I hate to break it to you, but it was most likely an older relative in a Santa suit.

Good news! As always, i'm looking forward to seeing what obscurities you've dredged up for the rest of us to 'ooh' & 'aah' over.
I cannot, I shall not, I will not obey.

Thank you! I have hundreds more at home waiting to be reviewed, it's just that other things (family, mostly) keep distracting me.bigfootkit wrote: ↑Fri Nov 18, 2022 7:15 amGood news! Completely understood, i know exactly how it goes. Life has a habit of throwing obstacles in the way of all my good intentions too. I'm just happy to hear that there's more to come, whenever that may be. All in your own good time sir.Khnud wrote: ↑Fri Nov 18, 2022 6:29 pmThank you!
