Side A:
1. BARREN CROSS - Deadlock
Generic US metal with some decent 1990s Bruce Dickinson style vocals.
2. GARDIAN - Marching On
The STRYPER influence is undeniable (they even have their own "armor of god"), but it is fairly well done at least. They later released several albums under the name GUARDIAN. This song was included as a bonus track on the CD version of First Watch.
3. NEON CROSS - I Need Your Love
Totally bland riffing but with a half way decent chorus. Released as a bonus track on the CD reissue of their self-titled debut.
4. HERO - I Surrender
Fast paced power metal similar in style to GLACIER, if a bit lacking in quality.
5. DELIVERANCE - A Space Called You
Great power metal, this is one of their best tracks. Later released on both their Back in the Day: The First Four Years and Greetings of Death compilations.

Side B:
1. MASTEDON - Wasn't It Love
Studio project of former KANSAS members. The lightest band on here, it's not quite glam but close. Released as a bonus track on the It's A Jungle Out There! CD reissue.
2. GARDIAN - Spiritual Warfare
A heavier track that shows some promise, but a cumbersome chorus holds it back. Later released on their Kingdom Of Rock 1982-1989 compilation.
3. DELIVERANCE - Attack
Dispensing with most of the power metal elements shown A Space Called You, they offer up another great song but this time in an aggressive thrash metal style. Rerecorded on What A Joke, and later released on both their Back in the Day: The First Four Years and Greetings of Death compilations.
4. HERO - Sing It Out
A decent effort, though a bit more commercial than their other track.
5. NEON CROSS - Son Of God
The worst kind of Christian metal: generic music with preachy lyrics and even a ridiculous spoken dialog. Released as a bonus track on the CD reissue of their self-titled debut.
