Here's some good-to-Great! Italian stuffs, 4 of which were recently reviewed & added to The Corroseum reviews section. Should be something for everyone here - let me know what you think/post in the poll! My vote: SMASH HITS, for the time being...

Thank You Dan !
Never heard this Arpia 7'' and from what i know of the band probably won't be a enthusiastic listening.
All the others i already listened. Faves are the Smash Hits and Bloody Skizz ones.
Can you please rip and share with us the Lemuria tracks of the "From Electric Lady Land '84" (Jap) ???
Thanks in advance - i never listened that band.

The ARPIA demos are awesome Italian proggy Dark Sound/Doom Metal, the 7" even proggier, still Metal though and I really like it, esp the B-side. On the 1995 full-length they've left the Metal behind and gone full Progrumblefist wrote: ↑Wed Feb 20, 2019 1:35 pm Thank You Dan !

Bloody Skizz is in my top 10 Italian records, so I had to vote for it even though a few of these remain to be heard.

Voted for Alter Ego,Bloody Skizz would have been my second choice in this poll...
Actually Alter Ego recorded enough songs for a long playing but lack of money of the label forced them to release only four songs...some years ago i put in contact former drummer (now owner of a pet shop in Rome) and the singer (today an expert restorer of frescoes and medieval works) with a couple of label for a reissue that should have included the unreleased material plus demos and live recordings but it never happened...

Re: Seven Italian Seveninches
Thanks for the uploads DaN, i particularly enjoyed the New Age, Black Holes & Bloody Skizz records, and the B-Side of the Rock Train Band 45. The Bloody Skizz single is probably the pick of the bunch for me, with the snotty attitude and delivery just lifting it onto a higher plain in my estimations.
