I'm wondering how the unreleased MORIAH demo sounds like. The live demo tracks are amazing and superior to the previous EP, in my opinion that is.

BLACKKOUT are fantastic too! It will be a great rerelease.

Hopefully, they will take care of the first CATHARSIS demo as well. And the OVERTURE demos. And the first LETHAL demo etc. etc. etc.

The unreleased stuff is great, I don't want to compare "Speak" with the other stuff though. If you will listen to songs like "My Empty Hand" or "The Waiting Truth" is EXACTLY like you are listening to Fates Warning's gold era. With Ray Alder of course because "Awaken The Guardian" can not be beaten... 8)

From your other suggestions, I think Overture is uber alles...

And that's EXACTLY what I was thinking when I was listening to the live demo

That's why I'm very positive about the unreleased stuff!

It was my suggestion that a proper re-release must include ALL the stuff of that great band. I hope the double cd will contain all the songs, I hate compilations with 2 songs from the 1st demo, 3 from the 2nd, 2 from the 3rd etc...

Much kudos to you then. I certainly am of the same opinion.

Great to see the Arkeyn Steel warmachine moves on. I worship the first Heir Apparent album but somehow I never heard their second. I always thought it would be too commercial sounding without the mystical sound of the first one. But after reading this I might have to give this a proper listen.

I got that Kraken boot LP but will definately get this reissue; great great record.

Don't know the other titles but I guess they will slay.

I got the newsletter emailed to me the other day.

I never thought that I would see the day when stuff like Blackkout and Kraken got official CD releases. These are all must haves in my opinion. Well except for the Moriah, because I'm still seeking an original of the EP CD. I'm still pissed now that I think about how I missed out on my opportunity a few months back. This label continues to surprise me with it's releases. Killer choices and content.

Really looking forward to those Kraken releases. I was in touch with Spike from the band about a year ago about releasing their stuff on vinyl. He didn't seem to be all that interested. Maybe he changed his mind or maybe he's more into CD's...
