Destrozer, I think all said here Konsul didnt released anything apart dubbed regular demotapes without covers. Now I've seen a russian site with their whole discography which starts in 1985 and ends in 1998, with two full length albums:

Ha ha, I wish! Магнитный Альбом means "tape album" man, so no Konsul LPs for us. But the band has reunited and will re-record some of the old stuff and release it together with new songs! So that could be something to look forward to. Hope they don't dissapoint us though...
