as for Gorod Dyt, I can upload something, I have the following things:

-Nastanet etot den Demo 1989
-G-Dyt Demo 1990
-Over there Demo 1990
-Samoubijcha Tape 1991

Today in the afternoon I can pst them, it takes some time because my pc is slow

As for Oblachnyii Kraj first tape, "Made in Vaneeva"...yes I know it sucks but I was looking for it. First releases are pretty weak, I know, but we must consider it was 1980, hard times for hard music in the ex USSR
The complete tracklist should have 14 songs, being the last 2 songs "Rock improviz 3 and 4"...I found a link to download the whole thing (with 14 tracks) but it seems down now:

It seems the only place where it was possible to download that tape, being the other know source incomplete and at 96 kbps.

also, does anyone have any information on a band called Женская Болезнь (women's disease/female illness)? specifically if they had any studio recordings before their first LP in 1990. theres two videos of them from the 80s which are great:
