Yes, "Countdown To Terror" was the one I had. Don't really remember what it sounded like though

Acridity was from Victoria, a small town close to the coast between Houston and Corpus Christi. They were great considering how young they were when they started. I think they were all between 14-17 in the beginning.

I've got some killer live shows on video. 8)

surprised no one has mentioned Hammer Witch? No love for 'return to salem'?
Not metal, but I must mention Impeccable from my old stomping grounds in Lubbock as one of the best hard rock bands of the 70s.

I have to add HYD with Sanctuary Lost demo who offered us some excellent complex power metal texas style.

ONE OF SIXX demo is amazing and free of any modern influences, wasn't the guy from FIARRO on vox?

ETERNAL FATE's and BARON STEELE's demos are small gems, very cool stuff without much of the texas 'insanity' though.

Any fans of TALISPHERE?

Yeah Vikk Real sings on the Fiarro demo and also the one of 6ixx demo Chris Kronk, there is that elusive Warchild demo with him on vocals and Fiarro on guitar i think?
one of the talisphere demo songs is also on the fiarro demo i think.lots of interaction in the scene

I remember them being lumped into the same crossover-niche as Wehrmacht, Cryptic Slaughter etc, but from what little I've heard they weren't nearly as exciting.
