I found this one in a local 2nd hand shop for 10$ a few years ago....

Best of all, 3 months later, a friend of mine found another in the same shop, also 10$ !

What are the odds

I wanted to bid on his copy of 'Poisonoise' but the bid got above my price range. What little info i could find suggests it typically sells for around $150. I would have given more than that for his copy, but the bid climbed over $230 and i did not want to go that high. Good for Jim, bad for me; it's a seller's market these days.

Re: the Savatage, at least 1 copy has sold for $750, although I think most people consider that pretty ridiculously high for it. The way vinyl is selling lately, I don't know if you could get a copy in NM condition for under $500 any more. First copy i saw was in the mid-90s and sold for $212 and i was told that was a ridiculous price at the time
Yes Rattlehead14 is Jim.
All I can say is you get what you pay for.

And yes there is a Lot more to come
Meant nothing against him

But I'm just aching and drooling all over that stuff he offers. Last time it was Sabbrabells s/t.

Yep, both in blue vinyl.

He sold his copy on ebay a couple of years ago, he got about 2-300$ if I remember correct.

Speaking of Jim, any speculation on how high that Zaxas 12" will go?

Is it massively rare?

I put a bid on the Forgotten Child LP that Rattlehead is selling - I was high bidder for all of three hours

Well, Jim always gets higher prices for his auctions than other people. I think it's because many people know he's constantly selling rare records and are seeing what he has to offer every week. And when you're selling lots of records at the same time you get better exposure too.
If I were to sell that zaxas LP it could be that i wouldn't get more than 50 dollars because nearly nobody will search for zaxas on a weekly basis.
This being said, I have no clue what that zaxas record is.

Yes, so true!

Zaxas are a San Diego band, i thought they may have appeared on the 'No Substitute For Steel' Comp, but I just checked and they're not on it..

Well, anyone need 3 copies of Leather Nunn??!!

Gotta say it seems weird to sell these as a lot; I'd think they would bring more if sold separately.

I'm not sure it would sell for more seperately. At least I think the 2 testpress might reach higher sold together, as it's a complete set, and the only chance EVER to get them.

I gather the Greek CD pressing on Metal Reunion label is a bootleg?
