...and here's the superb first tape album by Soviet Metal pioneers 99%, recorded already in 1983, which could very well qualify them as First Metal Act Of The Soviet Union. There's some truly amazing NWOBHM-moments in there, as well as some solid, sturdy Heavy Rock moments. All in all a very important milestone in Eastern Metal history!

When I tried to run thisthread from metalrus through babelfish I got the impression there might be connections with both PARANOIA and VALKYRIE but you can never be sure about them babble-fish translations. In any case they seem to have recorded more material but no one seem to have found anything as of yet.

Krugom marsch! Here's the KONSUL discography, taken from the metalrus thread:DaN wrote:
Seems there's a 3rd studio recording from 1990 mentioned on thispage. Let's all join the quest for more KONSUL!
1. Metal Hammer - 1986 (Demo, 2 songs)
2. Proklyatiy Мir - 1988 (tape album - 8 songs)
3. Zhivyom - 1988 (7 songs)
4. Bolzhaya Reznja - 1989 (Demo - 3 songs)
5. Beregi Nervy - 1989 (tape album - 9 songs)
6. Blood for blood (Кровь За Кровь) - 1990 (tape album - 6 songs)
7. Akustika - 1998 (demo - 2 songs)
So there's a lot of stuff... and you see were ARIA got their record title from. Maybe it was mentioned here before?

Yea, someone says in that thread he heard that Vladimir Sokolov (ex- Faust, 99%, Paranoia) and Sergey Savin (ex-Valkyria, Paranoia) reformed 99%. But it seems unconfirmed.DaN wrote: When I tried to run thisthread from metalrus through babelfish I got the impression there might be connections with both PARANOIA and VALKYRIE but you can never be sure about them babble-fish translations. I have found 2 different tracklists and not any of them seems identical with the downloaded one. (Less tracks, different titles etc....)
tracklist 1:
1. В эту ночь
2. Куда стучишься ты теперь
3. Тень
4. Неоновый серпантин
5. Мало
6. Гром
7. Отсчет
8. Я скован
9. Инструментал
10. Берег моря
tracklist 2:
1. В эту ночь
2. Дверь
3. Двойник
4. Яркие огни
5. Как много пьют
6. Ударил гром
7. Отсчет
8. Я скован
9. Инструментал
10. Берег моря
Can you verify the titles and find the eleventh one?

So you can copy and paste the titles to that folder of empty titles.
Hmmm....not sure. In 4th track chorus the 2 last words are clearly: Неоновый серпантин (Neonovyii Serpantiiiiiin !)

The track means ''Time Of The Bats''(I have seen somewhere mentioned).
This track is from their demo in 1989?
80's all female metal from Kazakhstan what else can we wait to see?

The track rules simply. And the girls play uncommercial odd metal.
The guitarist(the girl on the right) wears a Coroner T-Shirt!

Not a private upload, but a link everyone with taste good enough to check out this thread should follow: http://metalrus.ru/index-m-single-id-1071.html
- CHERNOE DELO = amazing heavy/prog/doom stuff you don't wanna miss!
- LEGION = nothing like their awful '93 LP. Godly classic Metal from Russia's supposedly "First HM Band Ever". Seriously on par with MAGNIT, KONSUL and Alexander Nevskij as far as greatness goes. Got their "Diagnos Nomer Odit" tape from '87 to upload on request.
- KRUGER = Not really KRUGER at all, but the demo version of FRONT's seminal "Mortal Surgery" album. Anyone who reads russian care to follow the forum link and sort out why this was labeled "KRUGER"?
