It's too difficult, there are two many songs that could be considered as a metal hymn !

Yes it is, but that means it is easy to name a lot without repeating others.

What the hell ?!

I may sound cliché, but I'll add :

- Manowar - Metal Daze
- Grave Digger - HM Breakdown
- Running Wild - Chains & Leather
It's time to raise the flag of hate !

Painfully difficult, but I think the 1st song that popped up in my skull when I read the header was WITCH CROSS' "No Angel".

OK, so if I keep my mind blank and just go on instinct I get...

Blood Machine! (Brocas Helm)
Battle Hymn! (well DUH!..)
Back To Back! (Pretty Maids)
Lazarus! (Blood Money)
Bodies And Bones! (Killer)
Fear of the Dark! (Damien Thorne - who else?)

...and hereabouts I'd have to concentrate and that would be cheating.

This is number one for me, sorry I completely forgot it.

Metalstorm

From the grave comes the storm
fire and ice, and battle horns.
Through the night a dark star burns
Titans fight, the King returns.

Demons eyes spread fear in pain
Throughout the minds of those too sane
To realize this is no game,
Drinking the lies in Heaven's name.

Spear of tin, forged by Muse
Majik mound of Crom.
Some they learn, some they burn
In the wake of Metalstorm.

From the veils blows the storm.
Lightning strikes from the sword.
Warriors ride upon the wind.
All Hallows Night, the hunt begins.

Lord of Flies doth spread the plage
Throughout the lives of those to blame.
For all the lies in Heaven's name
The Lords of Light shall rise again.

Holy Grail, Silver sails,
Court of Avalon.
Some they learn, some they burn
In the wake of Metalstorm.

W.A.S.P. - Show No Mercy perhaps this tells us they might have ment to use the normal definition of "W.A.S.P." and it was neither we are sexual perverts and we are satans people.

I ,I hear the mighty engines roar
And I unleash the savage dogs of war
Ooh, I'm the outlaw that rides
White anglo saxon, a violent reaction
Fire is my fuel, steel and iron rule
Ride on wasteland
A madman's badland
Ride on wasteland
And I will survive to show no mercy
I can feel the cycles as they turn
And I can smell the bodies as they burn
Ooh, the city's on fire
White anglo saxon, a violent reaction
Fire is my fuel, steel and iron rule
Ride on wasteland
A madman's badland
Ride on wasteland
And I will survive to show no mercy
Pain and hunger all across then thunder
Life is for the biggest, it's survival of the fittest
Ride on wasteland (show no mercy)
A madman's badland (on you)
Ride on wasteland (show no mercy)
A madman's badland (on you, on you, on you)
