Metal Labels Index 4.0
Re: The Olde Metal Labels Index – additions & corrections
Was thinking the same recently. And the Discography on Discogs isn't complete at all. There are some records missings.
It's not easy to be the Antichrist ...

Re: The Olde Metal Labels Index – additions & corrections
Cheers for the tips, all.
About Belgravia, I've been considering to add them since long ago, but I wasn't sure exactly how "Metal" their output was on average. Looking at their discogs-page I realize that 4+1/2 out 7 singles were HR/HM so yeah, I'll do a small page on the singles only. Thanx for helping me make up my mind, ha ha...
Autark looks interesting. They've completely passed me by actually. Only question is if they really were a proper Record Label, or more of a production company, management or even just a studio?? I'll look into it, but I think I'll do them too.
@Prowler: Care to pm or mail me with some info on the records you know of that's missing from the discogs page?

Heads up, the red highlighted 'promos & singles' link in the intro to the Mechanic Records page doesn't work DaN.
I cannot, I shall not, I will not obey.

Might be worth noting in the 'comments' column that the 1st two songs on Voivod's 'Angel Rat Sampler' Promo (Clouds In My House & The Prow) are remixes by Gary Hellman which are exclusive to this release. They don't sound drastically different to the album versions from memory. There was a single sided cassette version too.

I always figured them too small (my memory said only 2-3 releases) but looking at that list.. Yeah, good call! Not sure if I'll have time to add it before my vacation in 2 weeks, but it will be added eventually.lunaboy wrote: ↑Sat Jan 25, 2020 1:26 pm Fucker Records from Brasil ??? Total nitpicking here but there was also Final Holocaust records (death/grind label).Neither the first, best or most important of the old Russian record labels, but probably the only one which was ALL about Metal and nothing else.

Re: The Olde Metal Labels Index – additions & corrections
Missed out on them, cheers - even if I have some of their stuff + looking for a cheap copy of Necrokilldozer to complete the Russian Metal collection. Will add a line about them on the DCR page, but on the whole theyre a bit too brutal to match The Corroseum's picky standards..Maxim wrote: ↑Fri Apr 03, 2020 12:18 am http://thecorroseum.org/labels/deathcity.htmlTotal nitpicking here but there was also Final Holocaust records (death/grind label).Neither the first, best or most important of the old Russian record labels, but probably the only one which was ALL about Metal and nothing else.

Crap. For some reason the large versions of those images have completely disappeared from my hd
I will make new ones. Eventually. At least I've added the task to the to-do list (praise hail discog's Private List-function!)
Re: The Olde Metal Labels Index – additions & corrections
Beautiful! Didn't know Fucker/Maggot releases to be almost divine. Didn't know them at all, actually. And if I understood correctly 7' are better than full-lengths...?
I am ... the One you warned me of
