European Metal Heroes - Collectors Editions...

Post by Nonseinormale65 »

Hi,

following the success of the Italian Metal Heroes series we at Aua records are considering to launch a small and selected series of record pressings on vinyl and cd of european bands of the 80s,we are interested in bands from all over Europe with the exception of UK/nwobhm bands...we're searching for lost/hidden gems from Spain,Portugal,France and Belgium,Greece,The Netherlands,Germany,Scandinavia,Austria,Switzerland and eastern Europe that are not already reissued, we are searching demos, unreleased albums, live tracks etc....it will be a small series with a dozen of releases a year just to start, please let us know what do you think about it and what stuff could be good for us and if possible any contacts with the bands and musicians, thanks in advance!!!

Great idea, there are countless demos that deserve a proper reissue. The difficult part is to find band members that are alive and willing to contribute to this project! By the way, is there a chance to get that 'Demon Steel' demo properly issued?

It's a great idea to explore these less well represented old scenes, there must still be many gems to be unearthed. I really look forward to seeing what you come up with in this area.

Wish I could, but I'm "social-media-free". I'm sure some other Suede's could help out...?
