Wishing you every success with this venture, although i've never heard of any of the bands featured aside from Iron Curtain. Surely this band Toronto must know of the relatively successful Canadian Hard Rock/AOR band who released 5 albums in the 80's under the very same band name? The name seems likely to cause unneccesary confusion.

Thanks, presale is actually going pretty well, but sure, this is a festival completely focused on current underground bands.

I doubt anyone will be confused by the name tho, pretty different style.

Glad to hear sales are healthy. If those bands are flying the flag for Metal & finding an audience for what they do then more power to 'em. I'm far too long in the tooth to be concerned about looking out of touch with regards to the current scene so i freely admit that i am.
Re 'Toronto', coz so many obscure older bands have reformed in the last 20 years or so, if i saw that Toronto were playing somewhere i'd absolutely assume it was the 80s Canadian mob rather than a new band. Also, it was a pretty naff band name the first time 'round but at least those guys (& girls) were from Toronto.
