Tarot "Follow Me Into Madness" CD questions

Hello!
Just two questions about this album - one of my favourites:
1. Is there na "Iceland Records" CD pressing of this album? I heard about this but cannot locate any such pressing or info about it anywhere. Might be just a rumor
2. Does anybody know how many tracks are there actually on the 1994 Japan (Zero Corporation) CD pressing of the album? Some databases list an additional track called "Country" in the middle of the album but the CD face itself lists 10 tracks.
