The Corroseum forum (new design under construction)

While searching for obscure local german bands I came across an album review of the US band Bright Starr, that was said to independently release their album "Starshaper" during early 1989, after declining a 5 album by Gene Simmon's label Simmons Records due to its conditions. The band was searching for distribution partners worldwide and found a german indie company who already forwarded the album to Metal Hammer for an review (an ambitious melodic Hair Metal band). By reading the review it sounded like the album was already available by the band at that time. But I started to google a bit and there is nothing I could find about Bright Starr or "Starshaper" in the www. Does anyone have that album or knows if it ever was released?
