LINK: Probably a very early demo. As the rip I'm supplied with has a badly scanned "Beast on the East" tour 85 photo.

Ripped this one to FLAC from a CDR. I don't have my mp3 encoder at the moment (recently had to re-install the mighty F00BAR and lost all my encoders)

I suppose it has its teenage charm. But it doesn't reach the heights here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=veol7hZYOCs (They gigged a lot in Adelaide, and Melbourne and then relocated? to Sydney? different lineup here I bet)

I've never seen video footage of these guys before. Esthetically they remind me of Gwar without the masks, haha...

Sounds a bit like Too Fast For Love spirit mixed with NWOBHM.

musically this demo seems to be inferior to Black Jack or Nothing Sacred, just to name these two bands because they were on the same bill at Metal for Melbourne, so I do not wonder why the were not signed... they should have put more effort into the music and less in costumes and stage shows and more crap...

"In June 1987, Bob and John were due to appear on 'Juke Box Jury' and the station wanted original Escape material to play on the show, so SA-FM had them record this. It was recorded live at SA-FM's studio on Greenhill Rd. Minimal overdubs were done in the same studio. Shame they didn't let them record their whole set. I remember the band got a copy of the song on an SA-FM branded cassette"
