ANGEL DUST(F)-Suicide Rocket
ANGEL DUST(D)-Into The Dark Past
EVIL BLOOD-Midnight In Sodom
POLYMETAL-Thrash 'N' Roll
+a lot's more(From Belgium,Germany,East Europe)
Needless to say all these bands are some of my favourites.I think all of those has the same style as WARRANT.And some of them even the vocals are identical.

agree, although none of the mentions in this topic are precisely Halfords and Midnights
maybe another trademark of this sound?

Possibly...
But there is at least one great vocalist in this list, the lead singer of WARHEAD.
I totally worship his amazing voice-vibrato.
