Q: Was the LP ever released with an ebossed sleeve? Or was that just the 7"?

I only know of the Aries version without embossed sleeve, but in gatefold cover. There is also that re-mix album, but i prefer the original versions of the songs.
Where were you in '79 when the dam began to burst

Aries was the band's own label. The first pressing (500 copies i think) was in gatefold embossed sleeve. This was very expensive for the band, so the rest (and most) copies were printed in normal gatefold sleeves.

Do you like the DEATH SQUAD 7''?

I could have bought this one on sunday's record fair (after listening to it), but I didn't take it.

What is this band in the right bottom corner?

Death Squad is standard thrash. Decent, but nothing extraordinary.

Sabotage was a killer. VERY heavily influenced by Hemispheres-era RUSH, but more metal. Loved it!

Time to Rethink is awesome, Conny Ernst on vocals, I think it's floating around on blogs somewhere. I haven't listened to the rehearsals yet, all I know is they have Tanja on vocals, the inserts are just band pics for covers and lineup/management contact info on the back. Not even a date or tracklisting. I suppose they are pre-Still and Ever Again but I'll find out more once I listen to them.

Advocate - World Without End

Finally. I usually don't care for US private press metal but this one is amazing to this metalhead.
