Just posted a quality crowd recording of Destiny's End live in San Francisco, May 15, 1999 with a bit of background behind the gig and the tour we did with Nevermore and Iced Earth.

Here's the link to the blog entry:

Great, thank you!!

This forum keeps surprising me. I was not aware that we have a member of one of the greatest 90s US metal bands here as well, that's awesome of course!

Well, it goes without saying that I'm a massive metal fan and vinyl collector, ya know? Sure, I'm spreading the word about my own past bands here, but metal runs deep in my veins. ;)

This slays, thank you. I've been spinning Breathe Deep The Dark and blowing the speakers ever since I picked it up years ago at a Dixon's here in Melbourne.

Great band! I like both albums. The Storm Clouds-track is one of the best songs ever.

Thanks, as always, for the positive vibes, Greg. Metal was at an all-time low, especially in the U.S., back in 1998, so it's no wonder people didn't give it much of a chance.

Okay, so you saw one of the few DE gigs they played without me. I left just after recording Transition, two months before BYH. There were too many hardcore drug and ego issues in that band. I was more bummed out about not seeing Manilla Road (!) and Watchtower at the BYH festival than quitting DE.

Be sure to check out the three DE live videos (more to come!) posted here: http://www.youtube.com/unvanquishablefalcon
