Was the Num Skull - Ritually Abused officially released on CD in the eighties by Enigma or any other label? Is the skullsucker release an official re-release?

2008 EMI release (do not buy),
and have on Valentine sound production but doesn't have year of release.

Probably Hot Metal Records. I have Salem's Wych and Coven from the same label. Classy reissues, yeah, but bootlegs.

I was curious because musik sammler says about Act Of God bootleg: "The songs are printed in a different order on the back cover". And mine back cover has that different tracklist (with wrong order).
