Lithuanian band SBS . This song as well as 3 more ( "Vizija" , "Lietus išplaunantis akis" and "Mėnulio Šviesa" ) were recorded for Melodya LP ( Supposed to release in 1989/90 ). But for unknown reasons it never materialized.
