Yes it is XINR because the music/lyrics are clearly credited to Shawn and Tony and no one else, and the release year is listed as 1984 so there is very good chance it was submitted for registration while Shawn and Tony were still alive. The existence of the registration proves itself that such tape exist because in order to register it you have to send a physical copy of the product to the Copyright office for their records. It is a requirement that cannot be omitted.
So there is at least one cassette tape in existence with 11 XINR tunes somehwere in the Copyright office vaults, all written by Shawn and Tony
