I could say they sound like Thor fronted by Mark Shelton, but then you'd piss your pants faster than I could add "..minus the Metal".

I needed that chuckle, many thanks.
Accurate too, i can't say as i ever considered Shelton & Dandy sounding alike before but now that you point it out there are some definite similarities in their voices & delivery.
Now i'm fantasising about Shelton & co. giving 'Mutants Of The Monster' a try.

I'm surprised to see the inclusion of Heavy Metal Records Canada to the list. Interesting if only from a historical standpoint...

Regarding the CD side of things, the CAT Number prefix is typically HMR XD instead of HMR "LP".

With that being said, at first glance I see at least one title missing that does not follow this ironically enough perhaps because it's in a CD-single type case:

Accept - Restless & Wild
Heavy Metal Worldwide
1987
HMI XD 6

Same cover as the '83 vinyl listed.

I know I've been putting off submitting further CD updates for far too long at this point but I will have some time off from work in about a month and will hopefully get around to it then to further complete the lists from a CD perspective.

CD info on R&W added, cheers. As always I only mention the cat# of other formats than vinyl if they use a unique number, since the cat#-column is mostly there to keep track of the label output..

Image
..is now updated to include the first 200 releases + a few EMI Noise ones.

You've distinguished between the CD and LP versions in previous label index's. See Active or Metal Blade for example...

I'll I'm trying to do is maintain consistency. I figured that was important for a database type project..

I've made a special Azra thread for further discussions on the Azra label family. I'm planning to attach forum links to specialized threads on most labels in the index in the near future...

About the label index: after finishing Roadrunner and now Azra I feel I've reached a milestone of sorts and can't really think of any more labels to add that would fit the Corroseum profile. There's of course still updates and minor tweaks to be made on the old pages, but if anyone can think of some small, obscure label I might have missed, do let me know.

Hmmm . This Brasilian early 90's Record label under WE LOVE MONEY CORPORATION monicker looks like real addition ( 70% Metal stuff) , strange numbering system ( I think some realeses still missing) :

...and also loads of design/code tweaks. Let me know if anything looks weird.

@Levi:
Cheers for the tip! Maybe a bit too softy/mainstream material, but I'll check out the albums and get back to you..

@lunaboy:
Cheers again! After only a quick look there seem more punk, death & non-Metal than "Corroseum-approved" stuff in their catalogue but I'll investigate..

If you do a We Love Money Corporation page I have I think 5 of those singles. Fates Prophecy being the best release on that label.

Afaik they only had 3(?) releases. I've been avoiding the really small labels since they don't make that interesting to list. Maybe when all else is done and I'm desperate for something to do, ha ha..

Yeah, it seems they had at least 5 releases, the majority of them being great so...

..plus I've also added a search-function to the labels index.
