The tracks from Southern Comfort were also great and I'd never heard any of those bands

DARK AGES & KUSTER to be honest. I have the DARK AGES MLP, but it's warped to the point that I can only listen to the last song on either side. Sucks. At least it has an insert (xeroxed, but has a cool note from the singer/bassist scrawled on it..)

Has to be MAX PLANCK for me, even if I worshipped the track off the Metal Meltdown comp for years before. Those TEMPEST demos that Rob uploaded were really special too. There's more of course, have to backtrack some..

Cool to see people enjoying stuff like IQ ZERO, NINJA, VARVAR, Norway Rocks etc.. These are all bands I hold VERY high and the feedback is very appreciated.

Edit: I'm moving this thread to Poisonoise where it belongs.

I waited when you will do that. The thread actually called for "come in and do the postwhoring" for entry. Unfortunately I realized that only after I replied myself.

But doesn't the thread remain there? It's written it is MOVED, but one can still access such as it was made there ...

I have to mention Virtue. It's a crying shame they couldnt release Fool's Gold as an EP.. And full-lenght album would've been a killer!

Max Planck and Solar Eagle are the top ones for me so far. I keep seeing people mention King's Ransom, so I must have missed that... just searched through the old posts and am getting it now. Can't wait to hear it!

Max Planck for me as well. I had never heard of them before I saw it posted here, but something inspired me to download it and I'm glad I did. I've only downloaded about 5 things from here.

I'm really glad I discovered NINJA. I listened to INVINCIBLE album yesterday while drinking and it was amazing like always.
