Exumer management is going to sue the guy if I heard well. Reporting to ebay is totally unuseful, they get fees from the sales, they don't care. Only with Vero program you can shut down those auctions...
Looks like a cheap CDR ... surely not a legit press (1993 ?)

Yeah right, haha!. The guy lives in Ukraine, how do you sue him? Go to Odessa and file a court claim there and wait months before anything happens? I want to see the person willing to drop their life and go to Ukraine to spend thousands of Euros over a handful of bootleg sales.

Exactly, this is ALL you need! With VeRO you not only remove the bootlegs instantly, but the seller also receives strikes, and after the 3rd strike their account is suspended.
It takes 5 minutes to sign to VeRO. If Exumer's management hasn't found the 5 minutes so far, imagine what the odds are they will find the time to travel to Ukraine to sue the guy...

This is not a CDR, it is one of the early Russian bootlegs, from the times before CD-Maximum became official licensing label and put stop to those bootlegs.

I think they don't know about Vero program, maybe you could 'teach' them how to sign for it ?

Why should EXUMER have Angel Dust lyrics?
I never knew SWORD - Metalized was on GAMA

Sorry for my English...
We've talked about this in the thread about the album "Into The Dark Past" (page 57). This is the right edition of "Possessed By Fire". The rest - with the Angel Dust lyrics is a misprint - it's obvious.
The same goes for the album "Into The Dark Past" - all the copies with the Gama catalog is a misprint range. I think that the appropriate copies came out no more than 5% (When publishers realized that the defective printed insert). But such persons as the Avenger, Helstar, or even you - hard to believe - I fucking stupidity - pasting fake scans. I have no reason to lie - in the end we are here to help each other.

I'm not protecting No Remorse because I know they are a shady label but are you sure these are bootlegs and not a repress? I can't remember who it was, (maybe John or Rob) but someone on this board stated that there was going to be a repress done after laughing at the high prices that the CD was going for a while back.

That's right. It was put out on the Scratch sub-label.
