I love this one !!! To me, it's their best release since "Somewhere in Time" !!!

I'm going to see them in concert in November because they play the whole new album on this tour.

The latest album i liked from Iron Maiden is Fear Of The Dark.As for their lattest release i have heard some tracks where Dickinson is TRYING to sing and NOT singing. The songs give you the impression you have heard them from other releases of Iron Maiden. As for their quality i don't think it pass to a Iron Maiden's standard.Better stop releasing new albums and make only gigs(if they can...).

I disagree. Dickinson is at his best on this new one ! I'm not a big fan of this guy (I'm still nostalgic of Di'anno's era), but let's admit that his singing is brilliant on "A matter of Life and Death".

For the songs, the first one is total crap, but the others are really good !!
The progressive touch is more and more present .

About "Fear of the Dark", the title track is OK, but all other tracks are fillers. Sorry.

Can you tell more about KARO ? Seems to be interesting ...

KARO is a band from Berlin into hard rock.Possibly the best hard rock 80's band from Germany.Their album Heavy Birthday(1988) is a masterpiece(of corpse in my top-50 ever).Other band similar i can say CRAAFT which they have released three albums of which their first(i've only have this) is in the same godly level.

This LP has 2-3 VERY good tunes in the classic powerful US metal style with blazing guitars and great vocals. Unfortunately the rest of them are rather weak with an unsympathetic glammy touch. An unequal album.
