what..??? it is great , i can think of a lot of bad nwobhm 7'' , that one is top notch .

Since we have an own thread about serious opinions about certain highly praised expensive records, does anybody too think that Prowlers first 7" is a piece of crap?
I still wonder how they could be able to produce a treasure like the "Alcatraz" single after that "Forgotten angels" thing and those terrible demos ...

It wasn't meant as racist statement, just the whole situation what happened down there in the past 2 weeks really amuses half Germany. To ask this german generation for war reparation money is quite a monstrosity!
Not that "we" have already paid 60 milliards of Euros to Greece that disappeared like nothing. The german gouverment should solve the own problems first before wasting money for other nations. You should see the german streets! They don't have 4 milliards to repair the german streets system they say but the same time giving 60 milliards to Greece and "you guys" come up with "we deserve much more!"

I don't care to talk about the matter itself but i think it's a reasonable claim not someone to use politics, or prejudices concerning countries etc, in a metal related conversation, in a metal related topic, in a metal related forum. In order to "defend" yourself you referred to his originality in a degrading way (insulting others as well). But you fail to realise this and you continue in the same manner. If me or other greek member responded to this provocative attitude in the same way, how do you think this would have ended? What exactly are you planning to achieve with such a conversation? Is there a point in it or you just fail to control yourself?

Actually it wasn't me who started talking in that rough way, it was that other guy. I just was paying him back in the same rough style of talking that he started. His only goal was to insult me and nothing other. It was HIS plan to start such a conversation, not mine.

Tyrant - Hold Back the Lightning is ace, vocal & musicwise. Although the vocalist is bit on the bad german side but he pulls it off greatly.

i don't know if anyone has ever thaught the same way but i find Virtue's We Stand to Fight rather slightly overrated, it's enjoyable, yes but at the same time what is the big deal?, no dissrespect to the band but there were better bands out there who released singles that were better, but if i had to give Virtue some credit then i find their 1987 demo to be as much more effective than their two songs off of the single, just saying.

XCALIBER - Warrioris of the Night - every time I see it referred as "epic metal" or "power metal" I feel like kicking some puppies decent artwork, unfortunately hiding very generic AOR inside

II love the whole record, IMO the style is hard & heavy, but AOR or power metal, no way!

I was never into the Commander 12" (bored for me)...

I'm not familiar with current vinyl prices for the most part but I hear nothing wrong with the Axton Pryte vocals. If anything it's quite typical
