Avenger wrote: This ebay seller is a fucking joke. The "=== NOT BUYERS FROM CANADA ===" and "=NOT BUYERS WITH PRIVATE FEEDBACK=" in all of her current auctions are specifically referenced towards me. I purchased a CD from her that was more reasonably priced which I made a point of receiving pictures for before hand and then when the CD arrived it turned out to be a bootleg copy. Needless to say a paypal dispute was filed and it's still in the process of being decided.
I looked into this better, and ... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/170788824415

"NOTE: I RECENTLY LISTED THIS ITEM, BUT BUYER NOT PAY AND NOT ANSWERE TO MY MESSAGES. BUYER FROM CANADA"

She closed the auction early
I find the band average. Definately not worth $400.00 for a 3 track EP.

That auction is funny considering the bootleg is sitting on my kitchen counter at home.

Well, of course it doesn't worth 400$ (nothing IMHO should cost that anyway). But I find it very good, I like almost all songs.

the longer I'm in the market, the less correlation I see between musical values of a CD and its price (thiss applies to both new and used CDs). I would even argue that the correlation is minimal.

The Apocalypse they have listed for $150.00 is more ridiculous in my opinion.

Well, I bought this CD about two years ago for about thrice as little (and I will never again pay this big money for any CD), so any price over 100$ looks ridiculous to me.

some people look only the auctions of their favorite sellers. as some sellers sell items in bad condition unlike the item description and some sellers sell bootleg items, such buyers will be increased more. i am also one of such people. i look the auctions of other sellers, but over 90% of my purchase is from my favorite sellers (maybe 100% in case purchase of expensive items). i also know sometimes i pay more than when i buy from other seller, but considering some risks about bootleg, not-receive, bad condition, it is ok even if i pay more because i can communicate with my favorite sellers when the item is not satisfied. it is same with we pay for registered mail. registered mail cost more than regular mail, and if the item paid for regular mail is arrived safely, he can think such people pay for registered mail is idiot. as a result, that is true. but who can know the result in advance?

Looks normal to me.

At least by ebay standards.

I remember it selling for a lot more than that many years ago. But $200 is pretty much a standard price I suppose.
