Aaah, there's nothing more exciting than the vintage smell of sweaty armpits and 1989 pizza stains

Only Papa Johns is Real
Rare or not, that is one seriously unattractive shirt design

This item demands a background explanation. During the 1970s, KISS hysteria reached Japan. During 3 years they released 18 (!!) albums in Japan. Each album was more extravagant than the other. Double obis, stickers, posters, competitions, school books, everything you can think of. Some of these posters today sells for hundreds of dollars. A promo box (made of paper) for the 4 solo albums is normally sold for $500+. And that's just for the paper box, excluding the records...
The legendary item among all these albums is a plastic bag (called the beach bag normally) that should be included with the "Killers" album. And it is legendary, very very few people believed in it's existence.
But here it is:

Observe, you can get this album and all the items except the plastic bag for 50 dollars whenever you want to...

Well, it is only a time before bag manufacturers are made aware and start producing KISS beach-bag replicas. First one to do so will pick the cherries.
Seriously, I never understood people which are willing to fork thousands of $ for rare items. For me this is the equivalent of collector-trolling.
The real collector should hunt the item until found for cheap. That's the thrill of the hunt that gives a buzz. If I fork $3000 out of my pocket and buy to say MILITIA EP on eGay I certainly wouldnt enjoy it as much as if I've found it for $5 in some pawnshop somewhere.

True, but for an item like Militia, the odds of finding it anywhere for any price are so slim that trying to hold out for that 50 cent copy from a thrift store are astronomical. For an item like that, if you want it you're just gonna have to pay for it. For less rare items you can hold out some hope of getting a copy for cheap, but for the ultra rarities? At this point in time you might get a crack at 1-2 of them for a very reduced price in your entire lifetime.
Mercyful Fate EP? Sure, hold out for the steal.
Yellow Avatar single? Pay out the nose, or just dream about owning it
Sad but true

i found this morbid angel item at a used cd shop when i visted Japan 7-8 years ago, and the price was about $50. i did not buy it as i thought it is so expensive. but after that, i have never found it again. it was first and last time i met the item.

Paid $9 for it about 2 years ago. Didn't think I'd make 1/4 of that final price...

Do you still have it??!
I still actually quite like this album, it was the last 'great' MA album...
It's just not the same without Dave Vincent, it certainly wouldn't be MA without Trey, but DV is a big part as well
