Dark Angel
Dark Angel was one of my first bands to hear not only from thrash but also generally in metal.I had We Have Arrived in CD in 1999 and heared it and banging.Although i have also Darkness Descends i still believe the best record is We Have Arrived.I love the production the DRUMMING!(the drummer[Jack Schwartz] went to Holy Terror later) the perfect shouting, screaming vocals the songs. The most truly thrash metal album?
So i want to hear your opinions about which is your fave album and why?since there are a lot of people you always think their fave DA record a different one each time.

Had to be unoriginal and vote for DD as well, simply because it's the album I've listened the most to. I really liked "Leave Scars" whe it came out but I don't think it has stood the test of time.
Frankly I never became a big fan of DARK ANGEL. I like their harshness and raw production but for me they always were the "poor man's SLAYER". Flame on Vaggelis

Actually I hold the last three equally high. We Have Arrived was the last I acquired back in those days - listened to it the least. I put the most energy into Leave Scars found it quite difficult initially. Darkness Descends is the most immediately rewarding. Time Does Not Heal the most accessible, if I may use such terms. Poor man's Slayer? maybe in the beginning. and they stood the test of time pretty well, DaN
P.S.: DaN, are you still outside Stockholm?
