You're very welcome Nightlock.Nightlock wrote:Man finally hearing that Wonderland Mendes Prey single, I can finally put my hopes to rest. What a shocking single. Not even good AOR that being said Rollerball and Stormchild are up my alley. Thanks for all the great uploads Bigfoot.
Yeah, "Wonderland" is a bit of a stinker, but at least the sad truth is there for all to hear without having to shell out hard cash for the disappointment.
I really like that Rollerball EP too, there's something haunting about it.
Is their other release as bad as DaN reckons in his review?

There's absolutely no trace of Metal or Hard Rock on it whatsoever. Just your regular, below-par 80's alternative/new wave/guitarpop. Might as well have been a different band (it isn't, technically)bigfootkit wrote:I really like that Rollerball EP too, there's something haunting about it.

The demo is great tho'. A bit more primitive playingwise, but it has the same haunting & original feel to it. Someone should bug Black Widow or Andromeda Relix to rerelease the demo + 1st EP on vinyl

Well that might provide some succour, as the EP just isn't enough.
Shame EP no2 is so different to the first though. I wonder why they changed style so drastically.
