At first there was a reference in Mordancy & embargo cds in the 1st page of that thread so I tried to add different releases. Yeah Battery, Inline, D&S, Gorgon (there are VERY interesting cd versions by that label & some of those printed as "limited edition" on the cd) are some of those labels.

As far as the 1st Heavenward there are 2 versions of it (both from 1991). D&S & Long Island, D&S & Rough Trade as I can remember right... I can't recall any Inline right now but I don't have the cds near me to check right now...

Very good attempt! Congrats! But D&S released also some very cool cds (along with the thrash/death ones) like the great s/t debut by German progsters Doomsday from Lower Saxony (nothing to do with the crappy follow-up) or Dorian Gray's debut or Macbeth with the "Beware of Human Agression" album & some more I can't recall. I think that would be cool to be made a similar attempt for another mystery label "Gorgon/Inline"...
you da man, brotha. excellent choises. actually first 3 dorian gray are so fucking great, i love these bastards....heavenward also, salvage, seventh avenue, phalanx.....i believe that we should add them in the database also. most of these bands were better than the ones featured in the vinyl compilations....
Thanks man, yeah some cool releases from that label(s). As far as the database as you know it's not my decision... 8)

the 2nd heavenward is p&c from inline but on the spine is the gorgon logo, also on the back cover there are both logos.inline perhaps was the studio and gorgon the label?

Rough Trade was only the distributer for this release.

I'm getting conflicting information on the second Heavnward CD. Was this released in 1992 or 1993 and when was the CD pressing released?

This is the D&S releases list that I promised to post. The core comes from a German friend, with the additions of the non-metal releases found on the Corroseum label page. When I was putting together this list I noticed a difference in the Heavenward debut CD, see below.

Does it end on this release? (As D&S I mean)

DSR CD 10004 Heavenward – Within these Dreams CD, 1991 (Released in two editions. 1st has album title with small letters, 8 page booklet with lyrics, Inline distribution, silver CD without print, 2nd has album title with larger letters, 2 page insert, Long Island distribution, black CD with silver print).
It appears that my CD is different, as it has the 8-page booklet with lyrics, the CD is black with white/silver print, Inline music distribution, but the code is DS-CD 31800242 (Which looks like a continuation of the LP code).
DS CD 1002 Vomitory – Hour of Truth CD, 1991
DS CD 1102 Brainamputated – Can’t get enough CD, 1991

The following are D&S releases, but I haven’t info on them, so if someone can post their code, so I can edit the CD list…
Jinx – Drive it Heavy CD, 1991 (and can someone help as to what the music is about? M-A states “power metal”, I have read somewhere “raw metal, rap vocals”!!!)
Obscenity – Perversion Mankind CD, 1994
Tipsy Slut – Live is on TV CD, 1994 (?)
Tipsy Slut – Borrowed Time CD, 1996
Mortal Terror – The Evoking Self CD, 1996
Sub Machine – Horror under Street CD, 1996
Wotan – Tranquillity CD, 1996

And what about….
The Jamheads – Don’t get mad, get Stupid CD
The Jamheads – On the Loose CD, 1996 (Hard rock n’ roll)

In the list I have, the above CD’s are listed with a question mark, so they could be D&S releases.
