I know, I know... But that darn book is almost impossible to get hold of these days (at least in Sweden), and I just started collecting nwobhm about a year ago.

I was in Scotland for a week, biking from Fort William to Inverness (the Great Glen Way) and a few days in Edinburgh. I couldn't believe what I found in a record store in Inverness, a small city in the north of the Highlands:

A Belgian rarity (never even seen one in Belgium), for 5 GBP in unplayed condition

God, I love those moments you find something well under the market price and in a place where you wouldn't expect it to turn up. Waaaaay cooler than just buying an album from a dealer.

Cuero y Metal - La venganza 7" single (with original sleeve) from 1986 from Oaxaca Mexico and for alot less that I would espect to pay for it. Great score!!!!

But there was also a slayer box limited to 666 for sure

I got today Törr: Kladivo/kult Ohne 7". Now I own all three versions

And a very decent album I must say, after several listens. It's described as Melodic HM, but to me this is pure HM with some Melodic hints but even more great riffs, dual guitars, unforgettable chrorusses and a bit of a rough voice (with accent off course

. So not too melodic to spoil it all. And no overwhelming keyboards either

I was thinking about several thousand copies, it's still fairy easy to obtain (just not for less than 50€). The 3CD/DVD version was apparently limited to 3000.

really? Well I could swear there was one limited to 1500 and one limited to 666.
