I am not into collecting rare CDs, but I have some that go for high prices or are hard to find today like ...
AXIOM - Vicious Circle US 1990
LADY SABRE - Enchanted US 1989
VISITÖR - Same US 1993
LAZARUS SIN - Intracranial Mass US 1988
ANGEL DUST - To Dust You will Decay Orig GER 1988
MANIAC - Look Out AUT 1989
ORACLE - Selah US 1993
MEDUSA - Dream Machine FRA 1995
DRIFTER - Reality Turns to Dust GER 1988
VULTURE - Easier to Lie NL 1992
PHARAO - Bad Boys from East GER 198?
VILLAIN - Only Time Will Tell JAP 1995
WARCHYLDE - Same CD 1995 (same band that did "Murder by Decibels")

Total I own around 900 CDs, but most aren't rare or obscure or special. CDs for the music - vinyl for the MAGIC!

Edit:
Fixed first sentence, made no sense before

yeah, that's a joke! You can get it for around $15 brand new!!!!!!!!!!!!

BTW, some information for you all... Ebay seller 'thallos81' is the same as Ebay bidder 'randomcoils'!!!!!!!!!!
An annoying ebay pest who outbids everyone then resells for twice or three times the amount he bought it for. Totally not illegal, but just destroying the collecting scene & annoying the hell out of me with all the times he's outbid me
DO NOT SUPPORT thallos81!!!!!!!!!!

I'm next to clueless about the rarity-gradings of old CDs, and my Metal CD collection is small (and gets smaller since I'm constantly upgrading to vinyl) but I guess the Swedish Doom-privates SABOTAGE and NEOCORI are pretty rare, as are the Monitor CDs of MASTER'S HAMMER - "Ritual" and SVATY VINCENT.

The CDs I hold most dear tend to be non-Metal stuff like SEPTIC DEATH - "Theme from ozobozo" and my collections of CARDIACS, NOMEANSNO and FOETUS (I need the "Butterfly Potion" CDS badly  )

A very rare CD I own is the new Mayhem "Ancient Skin/ Necrolust" promo CD, which was limited to 500 copies and sold at their reunion gig only...

I've had "Behind..." available on my trade/sale list for 8€ for a couple of years now and not gone anywhere.

Does anyone know if Target - "Mission Executed" was ever released on a CD? I've heard that it was released on 2 on 1 with Queen of Siam, but I've never came across with it.

CD was released simultaniously with the record but it's a total bitch to find, even here in Belgium. Never heard about that split, if it exists it's a bootleg anyway.

puh, some Swedish Döds Metal history like Gorement CD, Exanthema/Chronic Decay CD, Expulsion MCD, Enigmatic MCDs, ...

Well, maybe one of the rarest is the first Czech self-released version of Master's Hammer - Jilemnicky Okultista CD, which has different band pics, everything is in Czech and nothing from Osmose written anywhere.

Aaarrrgh!! I saw that version at Tyrant's place and I've wanted to lay my hands on it ever since. The biggest hole in my M-H collection :(
