Haven't thought much about it but Chevy - The Taker and Praying Mantis - Time tells no lies are the first records that come to mind.

Edit: Oh, and Onslaught - Power from Hell!

First 2 titles that came to mind were DANGER ZONE - Victim Of Time and MESSIAH - Final Warning, but then there's umpfloads of "classics" that's ever so easy to forget... Hm...

Catchy album huh? There are quite a lot.
I'd have to second Danger Zone-Victim of Time even though it's not a proper album. Gotham City's "Black Writs" is full of riffs and choruses that get stuck in your head easily. Also of note for me are..
Mercyful Fate-Melissa
Warlord-...And the Cannons of Destruction Have Begun
Rage..maybe everything from "Perfect Man" onward though I haven't heard anything past "The Missing Link."

now I'm thinking of early Blind Guardian and early Helloween and that opens up a whole new can of worms..so I'm finished.

TNT - Tell No Tales

It is a guilty pleasure of mine but is catchy as hell

Catchy + Metal at the same time? Don't know that balance is really fragile most of the time...Here's some off the top of my head:

PRAYING MANTIS - Time tells no lies
SHY - Once bitten...Twice shy
BLIND GUARDIAN - Imaginations from the other side
HAMMER - Contract with hell
HAMMERON - Nothin' to do...
MINDLESS SINNER - Turn on the power
TNT - Knight of the new thunder
Good against Evil, Evil sure to win

and suck the mothers blood next

 This gave me a chuckle.. I mean, I love the band, but it took about 20 years for me to really "get into" them. In retrospect I might find a song or 3 of theirs that could be considered 'catchy', but I'll still always think of them as One Of Those Difficult Bands. In the best of ways of course.

IMPORTANT QUESTION:

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY ''CATCHY''?

Melodic? Commercial? A good chorus? Anything you liked immediately the first time you heard it?

First Bathory, Power from hell, Frost and fire, early Running Wild have been mentioned, these things are certainly not ''catchy'' as far as i am concerned.
