I think the main riff in Master's "MASTER" is the same as the Buzzcocks riff "You Tear Me Up"

GORGON - Cold Hearted Woman is almost the same song as BLITZKRIEG's Take A Look Around.

Megadeth - Rust In Peace... Polaris the opening riff.

Mystrez - Inevitable Alterations the riff set right after the opening of the song.

Both of these are oh, so similar and both albums were released the SAME YEAR.

Who did it first?

Liege Lord's "Prodigy" is quite similar to BÖC's "Vengeance (The Pact)".

Child Saint, in 1988. ;)

EDIT: To bring up another Megadeth similarity, Sacred Blade's Of the Sun + Moon is almost identical to a Holy Wars riff, only slower.

SABBATs (UK) "For those who died" is ahem... heavily influenced by the opening riff in PERSIAN RISK's "Women in Rock".

Just noticed that the main riff Iron Angel's Hounds of Hell bears a striking resemblance to No Remorse
You want it to be one way. But it's the other way.
