USA band from Michigan

In our quest for all that is and was Michigan Heavy Metal my friends and I have been searching for information and material by the band called USA from Detroit Michigan. They had one record called it's Hard as Hell on Vision records, looking for a copy or WAV file of the track. We are aware of the metal archives page. Any help or any information is appreciated, thanks everyone!

The MA page has quite a lot of info in the 'additional notes' section, far more than you usually get for bands of that era, in fact. I had a look at the old MotorCityRock site via the waybackmachine but unfortunately they're not listed, either as USA or The Newz.
Their bass player Rich Nelson went on to join the more commercial Bitter Sweet Alley, who i think were quite a well known band in the area. As well as putting out a couple of albums & a few singles during Nelson's time with them, they also featured on comps from WLLZ & WRIF.

Turns out Rich Nelson is still involved in music and has a website for his current group, the imaginatively titled Rich Nelson Band, complete with 'contact' section if you want to reach out to him:
