Help Identifying This Song Clip

Post by nightsblood »

Definitely sounds like vintage 80s metal. I can't place it, but I bet someone here will recognize it:

Curious, the sound and vocalist sounds extremely familiar, but I can't place it.

Now I would really like to know as well.

Sounds nasty ... but not familar. Any US Demo probably. Then it will be a pretty hard task ...

I know it's a cliché but damn, that DOES sound familiar... As in I'm only about 52% sure I've heard it before.
This mystery seem to have done a few laps around the globe as I also got the link in a text from a friend the other day. It would be a cool victory for the forum if we solved it, right? What say our gurus? Rob? Ze?

yeah I had messages with a couple of folks and did some digging, but came up empty handed. For a minute I though I was on to something but it was just a similar potential song title

Still many metal mysteries to be solved.

I know I've never ever heard this song/band before, coz otherwise it would have ended up on the USB stick for my car. :P
But now I know what this band reminds me of stylistically. British band Millennium (pre-Toranaga) ... their later Demos had a similar sound/style and still the vocalist sounds like theirs.

Yeah I ended up searching through some UK bands too thinking along the same lines. But nothing.

Sadly it's not that easy. I already did a research at Metal Archives for song titles like "Fallen king", "The fall of the king" and similar and got no result. So the title of the song must be called something different.
If you enriddle the mystery I'll donate a Bon Jovi "Slippery when wet" vinyl.

But from what I've read on FB it's not this band ...

Spent the whole day listening to practically every obscure US compilation and demo tape available, but to no avail.
I don't think anyone can solve this mystery unless a band member finds out all the fuzz and reveals the identity of the song/band
