That early punks liked? Punk and HM didn't really get along well for the first couple of years! But some bands blending the two: Brats ( the band that would lead up to Mercyful Fate, kind of hard to imagine), the Plastmatics

Mayhem UK had punky overtones as did Venom and Baseline, though blng was maybe more powerpoop

And not to forget the Generation X. Not really Metal, but kinda Hard Rock inspired Punk. They are quite heavy for their time.
