A local store is selling a copy of Awake (Ger) - s/t from 1997. It seems to be a private press

http://www.musik-sammler.de/media/214394

Is this something of interest or just late 90ies garbage. It's 5€

Pick it up, sell it to me if you don't like it. (I don't know what it sounds like either, but for 5€ it's hard to care if it's good or not :P )

musik sammler says about only one legit CD press from 1987 on Steamhammer and bootleg on Select Records: http://www.musik-sammler.de/media/689959
but i found scans from this Select records edition and it's seems OK for me:
---BIG IMAGES---
So, was it released by Steamhammer in Europe and Select in US on CD in the same year or what?
Here it is: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Damien-Every-Do ... 1016766473
looks pretty good, but very cheap and this also makes me doubt
According to the infos of the bootleg on MS it says it has Steamhammer pressing covers but Select Records CD. Based on that I would say the auction is a legit CD (or a refined bootleg)

It's just the North American pressing. I own the same copy. It's legit.

Discogs are better, you can add/update an entry in a matter of minutes, just more contributors from the heavy metal collecting world are needed.

A friend of mine has bought this ADX "Execution" cd, the barcode is different from the other two XIII BIS pressings listed on MS ... any clue if this is legit ? The cd looks really cheap (my own copy is like the one below, the cd is black) :?

Is there any earlier press of Liege Lord - Burn To My Touch than Metal Blade's press Kat.No. 3984-14166-2, on cd is only 1987 but it's obvious that is...probably from 1998 (musik-sammler)???

No. There's only one pressing.

Beherit - The Oath Of Black Blood, Matrix says GZ... Turbo Music etc., Cover/ Backcover looks old but might be a boot anyway. Anyone knows how to spot
an original press from 1991???

Judging by this source it's bootleg. Also it must include IFPI number like on scan on this blog, so it's definitely not from 1991
Here's original: http://blog.livedoor.jp/blackmetal_dais ... 51236.html
What about famous and cvlt black metal i am always looking into this blog, but i found also a mistake on it
