This grabbed my attention on the latest newsletter. Does anyone know the quality of the rehearsal tracks?

Don't know the quality of the rehearsal tracks, but I do know that "Atlantis" is a killer song. So this is definitely a must buy.

I’m quite sick of rehearsal recordings being released and sold like they were real records. Arc also has yet to convince me they wrote more than one song worth hearing. ;)

The sound quality of the rehearsal-tracks is really good. Some very good songs in there, this is a cool release.

The rehearsal tracks are top-notch.

Some people don't like these type of recordings but i have to say i'm a fan as closer i am of the truth the better for me.
And i must add that almost all my friends or NWOBHM fans with who i talked about this release and who bought it are quite happy with these Reh Recs.

Give me more !!!

I'm quite happy with this release. No problem with rehersal tracks being released if they sound as good as this. ARC's songwriting is a bit variable in quality but there are a few really good tracks on it apart from the obvious. I particularly like Leviathan, even though it is the least metallic track on there.

I didn't have much expectations regarding the bonus material since usually in cases like this it's some B-rate hard rock, bought it mainly to finally have War of the Ring on a physical format. Turns out that some of those demo songs are at least on the same level, if not even higher! Very recommended release if you're into the more progressive side of NWOBHM.

I totally agree with Rumble and Ironhead (I had low expectations as well). One of the most essential reissues of the last years!

Check the quality of the bonus tracks (not the actual sound!) here:
