I guess it is more realistic to check them out on bigger festivals and package tours.

It is always sad seeing a band ditching true indy fests like Muskelrock and KIT, but if this is what they want - more power to them.

I hardly think it's fair to say they're "ditching" anything.

As previously stated, the band want to play at Muskelrock. It's just that due to this damn contract with Rockstad: Falun, they're not allowed to.

Yeah, and I bet their contract with Wacken is preventing them from playing KIT. As Kev said they are not going to "ride the crest of a minority 25-year-old wave..." which is fair enough. Naturally I'm not happy with that choice since I consider myself part of that "minority" group, but as I've said already, if that's what the band wants - more power to them.

It has nothing to do with a Wacken or so contract. But you are going into the right direction..I myself am sadly dissapointed how things go and will go in the future, In the end this attitude is not working with a festival like KIT. I made a very good offer, they wanted to wait how "big" they get after the album release and thats ok with me, but I am not working on KIT this way..Either you want to play here or not..

What happened to playing for the fans? And I mean the REAL fans. The ones that know where you came from. Not the new ones that only know who you are based on Nuclear Blast promotion. Sigh.

You mean the ones that have been constantly mocking you, accusing you of selling out and tried to convince you NOT to record an album for the past couple of years?

If I'd been in Hell, I'd been pretty sick of a large portion of my "fans" by now.
Chroming Rose “Pressure” LP found! :D
