New Witchfinder General "Resurrected" CD

Post by The Knell »

Another reunion album. Can they continue the legacy without original Zeeb Parkes on vocals? What do you think? I'm waiting for my CD copy with shirt and hope the best...

Since most songs have been written in '83/'84 and most people who have heard it(and have solid opinions) really like it, I expect greatness.

Yes, I hope they work without the original WFG vocalist. I think he had a very original voice

It's official, the new vocalist is great! (the music too, but I expected as much).

I will buy this shortly and my expectations are high. I can't imagine I'll miss Zeeb Parkes, why would I? OK voice, but hardly integral for the greatness of old WFG.

Actually the vocals were the first thing that caught my.. ears when I heard WFG the first time but I guess it's a matter of taste. Haven't heard the new stuff yet.

Bah, you're not fooling anyone.. :P

Seriously though, it would have been awesome if they had continued their classic theme. Sell-outs!

Yeah. Boobs and graveyards. That's part of what made WG great in the first place.
