Altar of Oblivion

"New" danish band. Oldschool 80s doom, realy great stuff! Amazing vocals (former opera singer!) deserves all the attention they can get.

Listen to some stuff here: http://www.myspace.com/altarofoblivion

But I recomend you order their demo/MCD, it's pro-printed, and great quality... Cheap as well...

I listened to this band a month ago and it didn't live up to the high standards of Stygian Shore and Hour Of 13. They didn't sound very special.

I'm sorry to dissappoint you bro! Maybe it will grow on you...

I think the vocalist is great and unique! He's the best new voice I've heard within the last year or so.... And the riffs are really catchy and heavy.... great mix of Heavy Metal with a touch of DOOM...

Maybe you'll like the full length instead.
