Overdrive (UK) - Official CD or CDR ?

I am checking the quite complicated history of Overdrive and I found this 3-CD set which gathers the first Ep and the first 2 album:
-The Boring Grantham Record Years (3 CD)
I wonder if it is an official CD or just a CD-r
In their webshop I see they reissued separately the first Ep on CD as well as the 2 Lp and a Live CD recorded in 1990....they all look like home made pro-CDR.... do you have any additional info?
