yes, it seems randomcoils doesn't have enough $$ as most of his items remains unsold. without such buyers as like randomcoils, only hyper-rare items will go insane, and a little rare items / normal items will be sold for lower $$ time by time. that is the reason such bad sellers as like kreator, momojirou and japanrarehunter do shill-bidding.

The second chance offer mechanism favours sellers, because the offer is as high as the maximum bid of the second bidder (200$ in that case), and it should be just a notch higher than what the third bidder had bid.
